An Important Message from Us

We want to make sure we can remain open to our clients and their pets by putting in place protocols to keep us and our clients safe when visiting us, but we require these protocols to be followed.

• We are appointments only, so please call your branch to schedule an appointment
• We can only allow 1 client per pet to enter the building
• We can only allow up to 3 clients within the waiting room, so please wait outside and give us a call if there are already 3 clients inside when you arrive. We will ask you to operate a 1 in 1 out policy if there are already 3 clients inside when you arrive.
• If you are visiting us to collect medication or food, please call upon arrival and a member of staff will bring your product to a separate entrance.
• Please wear a face covering when you enter the building along with using the hand sanitiser available. Please discuss with a member of staff if you are exempt so various options can be discussed ahead of your appointment
• We ask payments are made via card where possible to limit the amount of cash handling
• Please do not visit us if you are self-isolating, awaiting results or showing signs of coronavirus. Please discuss with a member of staff if you feel your pet needs an appointment.
• We MUST triage our cases, this may mean there is a delay in booking routine appointments however, we will get you seen to. Please be patient with our staff and respect their decisions as they work in far from ideal circumstances.
• We may ask you to send photos to our reception inbox’s, this will allow us to triage your pet and allocate appointments accordingly.
